Beware of Phishing Sites and Scams

HiYomei has been cooperating with Whatsminer for almost 2 years, mainly sell Whatsminer accessories and Asic machines. We are very happy that Whatsminer gave HiYomei the opportunity to cooperate with, and thank our partners for believing in us all the time.

HiYomei has been supported by our clients step by step until today, and our reputation has gradually been spread overseas. At the same time, we also start to worry that some scammers will defraud as HiYomei employees, and make fake contracts to defraud money from HiYomei clients who urgently need the official repair parts and asic machines. In the past few days, our client contacted us with PI(profoma invoice), said that he need to verify whether "Jackypeng" is HiYomei employee. When I saw the screenshot of chat and PI, I was scared, this is a fake PI with fake HiYomei company seal.

There are several key points to distinguish fake PI:

1. At present, the only person who in charge of HiYomei’s external sales business is Ms. Vivian (Mobile phone: +86 13530697501; WhatsApp: +86 18312210107; Telegram: @COO_HiYomei), and there is no employee named “Jackypeng” at all;

2. There is no after-sales contact information in the header of this PI. After-sales contact is required in the header of HiYomei’s official PI, so that when customers have problems, they can get in touch with our after-sales in time to deal with after-sales problems;

3. In order to better cooperate with Whatsminer, HiYomei's registered address of business license is also in Shenzhen. This will be written directly in PI, and it can also be inspected. If you are familiar with business license inquiries in China, you can also find the official registration information of HiYomei at the relevant business license inquiry address of the Chinese government.

Fortunately, after many times of communication and confirmation with our client, he did not make the payment to the collection address designated by the scammer, and helped the customer recover the loss in time.  
Please be more cautious when placing an order and payment. If you are not sure whether it is true or not, remember to contact us in time to identify.
